Kaitiakitanga / Active guardians
We consider the impact on people, customers and Aotearoa.
Caring for the environment is what we do. From in-store recycling programmes, local community initiatives, and providing sustainable solutions for our customers.
If it’s important to the community and to you, it’s important to us. We know that small actions over time, lead to a big impact.
Belonging for more
You grow. We grow together.
Empowering and energising
We trust people to do the right thing. Empowering decision making and autonomy means our people rise to challengeswhile loving what they do. We want to let people fly so they can do their best work.
Collaborative networks
Thinking in departments and silos means missing out on all the great skills and insights from other teammates. You can do even better work by seeking input and creating more value by drawing on the knowledge of others outside your patch.
Open to learning
We’re optimistic, fearless learners who love exploring possibilities. We learn from mistakes and look for ways to improve continuously. We know when to stop doing what doesn’t serve us, boldly facing making changes and iterating as we go.
